The AGREE Project receives Funding from the Swedish Institute
The AI-Driven Agricultural Innovation Network (AGREE) has received funding from the Swedish Institute under its program supporting initiatives aimed at Ukraine’s recovery and strengthening its European integration.
AGREE is focused on advancing innovative approaches in Ukraine’s agricultural sector through the implementation of artificial intelligence–based solutions, the development of international cooperation, and the strengthening of collaboration among academic institutions, agricultural producers, and other stakeholders across the agri-food sector.
The project was launched in 2025 and is being implemented in partnership with organizations from Ukraine, Sweden, and other European countries.
“The Swedish Institute is a government agency that supports cooperation between Swedish and Ukrainian organizations and individual professionals. Through on-the-ground projects and educational initiatives, we contribute to Ukraine’s recovery and its closer integration with the European Union, while strengthening resilience in both Ukraine and Sweden,” says Madeleine Sjöstedt, Director General of the Swedish Institute.
Within the framework of AGREE, the partners aim to establish an international cooperation network in the field of AI and agri-innovation, develop specialized training modules, organize joint events, and deliver practical solutions for Ukraine’s agricultural sector in the context of post-war recovery.
Information about the project’s progress, events, and results will be published regularly on this website.
